Christian Artist Kirk Franklin Raps 'The Lion & The Lamb Will Bow Down to the Goat'

In October 2022, Kirk Franklin performed at Hip Hop Awards with a song in which he rapped "The Lion and the Lamb will bow down to the Goat..."

As we all know, the goat "god"... is Baphomet. The very representation of Satan, himself.

So what would cause such a famous Christian artist to make this comment??

As we've established on the podcast, Satan has a cunning way of always creating a separate meaning in order to hide evil in plain sight. He justifies blasphemy as not being nearly as bad as it appears to be... primarily because WE "misinterpreted" it. There's a LOT of evil being produced these days, under the guise of "art."

Kirk franklin, himself, quickly offered a "rational" explanation in response to the outrage that came from the Christian community about this blasphemy.

"It's a hyberbole not theology." ... Uh huh.

Well, first of all, he's in the business of theology. His entire "ministry" has been Gospel music and Christian R&B. So, you would THINK that theology would be at the forefront of what guides his message. Surely, he knew that Christians all over the world recognize "the Lion and the Lamb" to be Jesus, alone.

Not to mention... his explanation makes absolutely zero sense. He claims that "the lion and the lamb" will bow down to the "greatest of all time (G.O.A.T.)"... which is Jesus. And whereas I agree that Jesus IS the "greatest of all time"... Jesus is also the lion and the lamb! So how can he bow down to himself?!

Franklin said that he was recognizing those who are currently considered "great" as the "lions and lambs" who will one day bow down to Jesus. But he didn't say "lions and lambs." He said "THE lion and THE lamb."

Christ is THE lion, from the tribe of Judah. (Revelation 5:5) He is also THE sacrificial lamb who takes away the sins of the world. (John 1:29)

There's, quite literally, no other way to interpret it. Which makes you question whether this was intentional. Surely, he didn't just throw together the lyrics immediately before he performed this song in front of millions. Surely, there was thought put into this. Time and consideration would have gone into how it would be interpreted by his Christian followers.

When he says that “It's a hyperbole not theology,” it becomes evidently clear which he prioritized. He chose art... before faith. And he exposed (for those with eyes to see) that he may be getting a little too close to the secular world, which is beginning to influence him.

"Bad company corrupts good morals." 1 Corinthians 15:33
